These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph85 ("ph85", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ph85 website located at ph85.one and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph85 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ph85 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.4 ph85 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where ph85 reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
4.1 All financial transactions on the ph85 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph85 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, debit cards, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
4.2 Deposits are credited to your ph85 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ph85 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ph85 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes for verified accounts.
4.4 ph85 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.5 Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from ph85 operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in all circumstances.
5.1 ph85 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. ph85 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer and to void any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects abuse of the bonus system.
5.3 Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
6.1 You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the ph85 Platform:
6.2 ph85 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this section and to report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
7.1 All content on the ph85 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of ph85 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ph85.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph85 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
8.2 ph85 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph85 shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether or not such interruption was within ph85's control.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph85's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
9.1 ph85 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Filipino players seriously. ph85 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts. Any account created in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and any balance forfeited.

10.1 ph85 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to satisfy eligibility requirements.
10.2 You may close your ph85 account at any time by contacting ph85 customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures, subject to verification requirements.
10.3 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, ph85 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account where permitted by applicable law.
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to ph85 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
11.3 ph85 operates within the Philippine regulatory framework under PAGCOR oversight. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
12.1 ph85 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph85 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the ph85 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
